Shipping

  • How long does production take? When will my order ship? "Our products are made-to-order. Production typically takes 3-8 business days before shipping."
  • Do you offer tracking? "Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships."
  • What are the shipping costs? This is calculated at checkout

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Return Process Please do not return items without contacting us first. If your return is approved:

    1. Contact us at admin@basr.store with your order details and photos
    2. We will review your claim and provide instructions if approved
    3. Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion

    Non-Returnable Items Due to our print-on-demand model, we cannot accept returns for:

    • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
    • Incorrect size ordered by customer
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
    • Sale items or promotional products (unless defective)

    Refunds If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

How do I care for my apparel?

To wash:

    • Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle
    • Use the recommended amount of detergent
    • Don't use fabric softeners

To dry:

    • Tumble-dry on low or air-dry for longer-lasting results

To iron:

    • Use a cool iron inside-out
    • Don't iron the print
